Floor Plans take approximately ten minutes to complete the scan of an average home with two floors and then the company I outsource to provides completed layouts in 24-48 hours on average. Cost is $50 in addition to MLS licensing.
Virtual Staging can help enhance those blank canvas spaces and show buyers the potential of a space. I researched several companies to find the one I felt has the best selection of furniture and the most realistic representation in the final images. Virtual staging is a per-image price and the company I outsource to provides completed images in 24-48 hours.
1-4 Images: $30 per image
5+ Images: $25 per image
